I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful, and the service was exceptionally professional, especially from Nini and sepehr, who were both incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded expectations. Thank you so much for such a memorable dining experience!
The hotel is good in terms of location and facilities, but unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the bellboys (Niko), who was rude and unprofessional. His behavior showed a lack of basic respect and hospitality. I chose not to escalate the situation only because I was with my family. On the positive side, I would like to sincerely thank George and Ioanna from the reception team for their warm and professional attitude – they were by far the best part of the front desk experience and left a great impression. I hope the management takes note of this, as one person’s behavior can negatively affect the entire guest experience.
A very bad experience… The air conditioner is hot and doesn’t work properly most of the time. Only one elevator is usually working, and when you request maintenance, there is no response at all. I do not recommend it to anyone.
