Hotel in multiple buildings on either side of a busy road. Rooms are clean, but reception is only in one building. The hotel uses external catering, so you cannot bill what you eat to your room. Wellness is very small, but the thermal bath is near. Parking is given, but electric car charging is not solved in a convenient way. They have Android TVs, so you can watch your own shows. Everything has English instructions, but the translations are laughably bad :D, up to a point that it was fun to read all of them. Several food, and restaurant options nearby. All in all this is a good place, we had a good time; but does not capture the charming small town vibe it easily could.

The room was very nice - we had a suite with jacuzzi and it was awesome! The location is great too. The service, however, was very disappointing. When you’re booking a „premium“ room you don’t expect to be charged for extra parking. The spa in the hotel was also for extra fee. We did not have bathrobes and slippers in the room so we had to ask for them, which was weird because it’s something that has to be in the room with jacuzzi. We also had half-board and the breakfast was fine but the dinner was very bad - it was buffet and most of it was cold, not good (dry chicken, extremely salty fish, etc), and very little choice. Additionally, we booked over the website and later found out we could have paid half of that if we booked via Booking, but well.

Below average service and cleanliness, erroneous billing, tiny fitness room, no spa just saunas in the basemen. Expected more for the price.
