The best possible location you could imagine in Bihać. Directly on Una river. In the center of the city, but still peaceful and intimate, amazing. Clean rooms. The staff works even above their possibilities and time given. Restaurant in the hotel is great - delicious food, very rich portions, quality ingredients and afordable too. Definitely will visit next time when in Bihać.
This hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was dirty and grimy, definitely not worth the price. It was extremely loud at night, making it hard to sleep. The bed was stained with urine, and the sheets smelled of urine as well.... clearly unwashed. The carpet was filthy, the light switches were greasy and unhygienic, and there were no curtains on the windows. Even worse, there were personal items from previous guests still in the room. No safe, no service, no apology, nothing. This was not just poor quality, it was disrespectful. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to stay away.
The room was very hot and the breakfast was very limited and there are a lot of bugs especially at night they can easily get in but the view is very nice and the tv doesn’t work
