Customer service is impressive. Mahmood, at the front desk, was very kind, considerate and helpful with every question I had during my entire stay. The hotel is off Highway 35, and 22 km from Queen Alia International Airport. Rooms provide flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi and kettles. Upgraded rooms feature balconies. Suites offer separate living rooms. There is a full-service spa, a gym and event space, in addition to a cafe and a restaurant. Breakfast is a healthy traditional Middle Eastern breakfast.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and good hospitality, but the overall experience was disappointing. It started off well with access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. However, once the main part of the service began—the Turkish bath I specifically booked—it felt extremely rushed. The entire process took less than 15 minutes, and each step was done far too quickly. The massage, which was supposed to last 10 minutes, barely lasted a minute. I expected a more thorough and relaxing experience.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Turkish bath. The service was extremely slow and poorly managed. Our group of 8 was booked in while they were already handling 2 other guests, yet they only had 3 employees working. We were sent into the sauna and steam room, which clearly had a sign saying you shouldn’t stay in for more than 10 minutes. Despite that, each person had to wait over an hour just to get scrubbed. By the time it was finally my turn, it felt more like a waiting room than a relaxing experience. After getting scrubbed, I expected at least a decent rinse—but the person handling the water just stood there holding the hose with no effort. I honestly would’ve had a better and cleaner experience just taking a normal shower at home. I also tried addressing the issue with a staff member wearing a suit and glasses, assuming he was a manager. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and had zero understanding of customer service. His only response was, “It’s okay.” Save your time and money—this place is not worth the wait or the stress.
