Opera Hotel Bosphorus Preferred Hotels and Resorts

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. I would especially like to thank Murad for his outstanding hospitality and genuine passion for what he does. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service like his truly makes a difference. The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful area and close to the Bosphorus, 7 minutes walk and our room view was wonderful. The hotel is very clean and anything you ask for will be quickly served. The reception staff are kind especially the employee, sorry I forgot his name but he was very cheerful and helpful. Also, my reservation was without breakfast and he promised me that he would give me a discount if I asked for breakfast and he kept his promise to us very much. I recommend the hotel, it is safe and wonderful. Nisin is also close to Taksim and Istiklal, 9 to 10 minutes walk. The only drawback of the hotel is that there is no sound insulation.

Our stay was excellent. We were upgraded to a sea view room with a balcony. The staff were very nice and friendly, and even the cleaners were very nice and helpful. As for the location, I think it's the best place to stay in Istanbul. It's a 5-minute walk from Taksim and 7 minutes from the Bosphorus. Public transportation (tram, boat, and bus) is all within a 5-minute walk. I most likely I’ll stay to this hotel again every time come to Istanbul.
