amazing location ! room was very clean with nice view 🙏
The service is very bad. My stay was disappointing, mainly due to the host’s impolite and unprofessional behavior. Communication felt cold and unwelcoming both before and during the visit. What’s even more concerning is how the host responds to other guests’ reviews—often with rude or dismissive replies, which speaks volumes about their attitude toward feedback. I’m sharing this so future guests can make a more informed choice. There are better options out there where respectful treatment is a given. By the way, I haven’t received my invoice for my stay yet that has been promised to send from the host.
The service was very bad. The young blonde girl at the reception desk was rude and unwelcoming. When I asked politely why the VAT being added to my booking during visa payment, she said pay cash or we charge extra on card, instead of offering a helpful explanation, she repeatedly told me, "This isn't your country," or go to another hotel if you want.
