Modern and stylish hotel, clean room, great location in the city center and friendly staff. Great experience.
Excellent. Beautiful. Large room extremely comfortable. I would certainly have given 5 stars without this continuous buzzing noise from the A/C system eventhough it is turned off ! And the over-head shower buds were mostly blocked by limescale which made the water jets erratics. Other than that it was perfect.
i think the hotel, the room, the breakfast, the hotel place are wonderful. İ really like it so much. However, the hotel needs to improve itself and its staff. For example, I came here for a business trip, and since I was wearing a suit, when I came to the hotel on the last day after a meeting in the morning, I asked if there was a place where I could change my clothes, and they told me that I could change in the restroom. It is really difficult to change a suit in the restroom. I think a different approach could have been taken.
