Very good location, excellent staff, very clean rooms, and good and varied cuisine in the restaurant. The price of the stay, the restaurant, and the spa are quite affordable, and there are a variety of payment methods.

The person who takes reservations on WhatsApp is not up to the standards of the hotel. Very little predisposition and professionalism. I asked him for a price for four nights, and to give me a better value, he asked me for everything in cash and without an invoice. It's really a shame, it left the hotel company in a very bad position. I am a client in other cities.
