Excellent location, spacious room, and the bedsheets and towels were extremely clean. Having a free allocated parking spot was a big plus. However, the air conditioning didn’t work well, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, and the living room furniture felt a bit chaotic compared to the pictures online. The Lungo coffee machine was a nice touch, but unfortunately, no capsules were provided.
The hotel is already a bit older. So the rooms and everything are nice, but you can tell that it has been used already and it would need a fresh up. Staff was very friendly but overall I think they would need some more training. For example, that they know was checking in or that if your key card doesn’t work they know right away what to do.
Would not stay here again. The hotel is in a great location with lots to do around it. It is an easy walk to everything. However, the hotel lobby is filled with smoke on entrance. So if you are not a smoker I would recommend staying somewhere else. All the elevators have the same problem. The rooms are large but not clean. We stayed there 4 nights and our sheets were not clean and were never given new clean towels. Even when asked to clean our room - there was nothing cleaned. Our sheets had a hole in them and that was how I knew they were not changed during our stay. We will return to Yerevan but we will not stay here again unfortunately because the location is quite good.
