Opera Suites Apart Hotel

We are stayed in the apartments for 8 days. Everything was great, the apartments are in good shape and match the photos. Staff provided us a crib for free and an additional mattress cover for sofa bed per our request. Guys on reception are polite and very helpful. Having free laundry was very beneficial for us since we have kids. The suits are 5 minutes away from waterfront and on opposite side there is a big street with any kind of businesses and shops. There are plenty good restaurants around as well. The area is very quiet

This place values money more than their customers. When the war suddenly started Turkish Airlines cancelled all flights to Turkey. Twice. I got all my money locked on the cancelled tickets without any way to buy another, so there was no way to come stay at the hotel. Sounds like an exceptional case, right? I contacted the hotel many times trying to explain the situation. They decided it's their opportunity to charge me 50% of the price as the cancellation fee for not showing up and they didn't even care that I literally did all I could to make it happen. They just made some quick buck on the customer's misfortune

Small suite while i booked the family suite, the salon is small and not as expected, even they should think about the cleaning because if 5 nights stay without cleaning as they said they clean only every 3 days (only they change the towel on the 3rd day) which anyone who is traveling specially if family with child cleaning is a must, and insects will come inside if not clean. N.B: I edited the review to add the below comments after your unprofessional response and false claims, I am disappointed by your response which i didn’t expect something different as the same happened when we requested for the cleaning after 3 days and we get unprofessional answer from the staff who responded. I assure you that I left the room in good condition, and any claims otherwise are untrue, so i don’t think it is rude from me more than your response And additional to that i did the checkout at 9:00 am where we keep our luggage at the reception and we picked it up at 6:00 pm where no one highlighted the false claims you are saying because it didn’t exist but you are just covering your unprofessionalism with such reply. My review reflects the experience I had during my stay, which included issues that I feel were not adequately addressed. It's important for guests to feel heard rather than dismissed, especially when concerns are raised. The service I received did not meet my expectations, including the frequency of cleaning. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service for future guests.
