Opera Tel Aviv By Herbert Samuel

I had a wonderful stay at the Herbert Samuel Opera in Tel Aviv. The location is unbeatable, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is stylish yet warm. What truly made my experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Evelyn and Dana from guest relations went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. I also want to give special thanks to Chef Gemal, whose creativity and culinary skill elevated every meal. The food was a true highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, class, and truly outstanding service.

The location is unbeatable (walkable to everything in TLV), and I had a nice room with an ocean view. The problem with this hotel was a) cockroaches repeatedly showing up in my room - with staff unwillingness to do anything about it and b) horrible breakfast options/assortment. I had to leave halfway through my business trip and move hotels because I was losing sleep over the cockroach situation. Sorry to say that I don't recommend this hotel and won't return.

Very bad client service from start.. wanted to enter and order the security treated me like am robber wift aqured qustions like "do you money" or saying that we cant enter the hotel with any reason given .very unpleasant experince
