Fantastic hotel with great staff. Even though I arrived a few hours early and just ask if I could store my luggage, they arranged it for me to check in right away🥰 There’s three underground parking under the hotel. But remember to arrive in a compact vehicle, I arrived in my SUV and I barely made it into the garage.

Best Reikartz hotel in Ukraine. We've stayed in many across the provinces, but this is the most modern and clean one. Breakfast is a good buffet with hot options to order at no extra charge. It's worth paying extra for a superior room for the extra space and comfort.

6.6.2021 room 207,brandnew hotel of Reikartz-chain (just realized this after arrival,unfortunately)Plus:parking in the yard,spotless clean and spacious room minus-horribly poor soundisolation-possible to listen during the night virtually every fart in other room and slept barely 4 hours as had to listen to extended conversations in the corridor,breakfast also rather poor-by this :value doesnt match the price... 22.12.2022 drunkyards from business meeting of a agricultural company shouting till 2 a.m.in the inner yard...parking fully occupied despite reservation(however,received after complaint a place in underground parking...) 4.3.2023 received quiet room on request,spotless clean,friendly staff,price-value this time well! 13.12.2023 spotless clean,but still some lacks with organisation 22.3.2024 I dont know which management problem this hotel has concerning calculation of local tourist tax for temp residents...its simply ridiculous to explain this at every stay again while at NO OTHER hotel in Ukraine! 2nd-parking information is chaos!Bring order in your management finally,please!!
