The hotel is nice, very clean, and the room is cleaned every day, the breakfast was good. Location is good, quiet area near the center, lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Recommend it.

Awful staff. Noone wears masks inside the hotel. Staff loudly argued right beneath our window at 6 AM, waking us up. We were billed for more money than was claimed in an order recipe. Instead of apologies, I was asked to fill out the weird form to beg the hotel to return the extra money. On the breakfast, the restaurant staff asked us to prove we were legal guests. Incredible disrespect. And yeah, there is a neither majordomo nor a covered car entrance to the hotel, that are mandatory for 4-stars hotels. The only thing which met the standards is cleanliness - impeccably. PS. A warning sign about smoking is just an example of their English level. The "Special FREE" can tell you more 😎

Yesterday we arrived to this hotel, the receptions was really nice and we did check in. We went to our room to discover that the room preparation was made for one guest. The shower room looked clean but the smell of the room was so awful and smells like something was dead over there. We went to the reception and told it, she didn't seems to be surprised. After the check in the administration told us that tomorrow there will be no water in the hotel from 9am, that made us wake up early just for having a morning shower. We went to eat breakfast but most of the food was finished and it took a while to fill it. That was one of the poorest breakfast I had. I can tell you that in some of the hostels that I've been in, I had much better breakfast. I don't recommend you to go to this hotel, if you are going to relax and have fun that not the right place. The only thing that was good is the hotel location except that, I don't recommend you to go there.
