If you are looking for an authentic and good value guesthouse in Samarkand, look no further! The area is great if you want to experience “the real Samarkand” where the locals live. You’ll also find many options of restaurants within minutes of the house, also banks, bus stop and food shops. If you prefer to take a taxi, it costs around 1’50e to the city center. The best about this house is his host, Iskander, who speaks English, knows basically everything about Samarkand and is always happy to have a chat. The whole family welcomed us like family. We will be back ❤️

It's a beautiful family guest house with a central garden full of trees and planted vegetables. We booked a twin room with windows overlooking the greenery. Our room was clean and spacious. The host, Iskandar, was the most amazing person we met in the whole of Central Asia. He was so helpful and went beyond his way, giving us information. If I go back to Samarkand one again, I will go to this beautiful family guest house again.

The place to stay in Samarkand. The owner, Iskandar is one of the best people I ever met and is super helpful with advices. The place is cozy and not far away from the center. You can cook for yourself but there are good places for plov nearby
