Optimum Luxury Hotel & Spa

This hotel was really amazing. The staff was friendly. The spa was open until 21:30 and we used it for free. There are many types of massages but we didn't get a massage because we came for dental treatment and didn't have time but we will definitely do it next time. (Extra charge and prices are reasonable) There are two pools, indoor and outdoor. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned whenever you want until 16:00. Most importantly, I would like to thank all the staff at the reception, they helped us with everything, they are amazing. They even printed my flight ticket. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

I came to this hotel for dental treatment. It was a great experience in every way. To be honest, the breakfast was not very good, but I will ignore that because the staff at the reception were very very good, they helped with everything. Our room was a little small, but everything was clean and good. Thanks again, especially to the staff at the reception.

I arrived very late, after midnight, they gave me the last available room, which was 405 on 4th floor. The room was dirty, there was a particular single sofa that seemed to be recently used to have sex on it. The receptionist came to verify the complaints and could not avoid show his unpleasantness after touching it. He acknowledged that the room was dirty but also said it was the last available one so he couldn't provide a different one to switch. Also he refused to reimburse the money I paid some minutes before. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and the smell of cigarette was very strong. Also there were some ashtrays in the balcony so it was definitely a smoking room. The shower was broken and the water came out the sides of the handheld showerhead which made it impossible to take a proper shower. The hook to hang the towel was broken. There was a cable coming out of the wall, between the toilette and the mirror that apparently had electricity but was hanging there with some tape on it. They confirmed by email that I was able to late check out at 1 pm but they called after midday to ask me to leave the room. Front desk personnel was very unpleasant. They said (after my complaints) that they would find a way to compensate for the state of the room and the compensation they offered was to move to a different room by the time I was supposed to be on my way to the airport. The breakfast was well but just because I only have a cup of tea and toasted bread in the morning, my only complaint would be that they didn't have a toaster for the bread. I would not recommend this hotel but if you have to stay there for whatever reason, please, check the room before paying. The cost of a taxi from the airport is around 15 USD.
