Outstanding Service and Genuine Care – A True Home Away from Home I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Orana Motel, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and genuinely caring experiences I’ve had at a hotel. A very special mention must go to Shane, whose dedication to customer care is truly exceptional. During my stay, I experienced significant issues with charging my electric vehicle. Not only did Shane step in to assist me with the issue, but in the middle of a storm and at night, he went out of his way to cover the electric connection to ensure there would be no problems come morning. His thoughtfulness and proactive support turned a very frustrating situation into one I could manage with ease. I felt completely looked after and reassured. The rooms were well maintained, clean, comfortable, and provided a safe and secure environment. The restaurant on-site offered all meals, and everything I had was delicious and satisfying. The stay overall was highly enjoyable, but what truly sets Orana Motel apart is the genuine hospitality and exceptional service provided by Shane. No matter how stressful my EV troubles were, Shane’s warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference. It’s rare to find such commitment to guests’ well-being. This is not just a place to stay – it truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend the Orana Motel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and above all, outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Shane, for your help – you are a credit to the place!

Staff extremely friendly and efficient. Room was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. Item left in apt was posted back to my home address promptly so thank you again to the friendly staff. Lift to top floor great as these are not usually provided in country motels.

The rooms are clean, modern and well appointed but quite small. The bathroom in particular was very small but the supplied toiletries, towels, etc are very good. The security is good and has onsite attendants for out of hours emergencies and noise complaints. Rooms are not serviced on weekends but I think this is quite OK as it saves the environment, etc. The restaurant attached to the motel (Ling Ling Thai) is excellent. Overall a good place to stay.
