I am rating this place a 1 due to the bad attitude of Yolande, who seems to manage this resort. She is unprofessional and arrogant with a lack of understanding. We were half an hour late in checking out due to us having a sick toddler with us - she lacked understanding and was totally arrogant - she expected me to arrange for a late check-out as if we planned to check out late. Furthermore, I have stayed at this establishment previously and their standards have deteriorated immensely. The main shower at the Delport lodge does not let the water drain out, which means you are standing in water in the shower - the water drains out very slowly. Their breakfasts are also not what it used to be. I will definitely not visit again - certainly not 5 star any longer.
