The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. From start to finish, everything was just perfect. Reception staff is nice and friendly, the room is nice and big and have water bid to clean yourself in the toilet, “keep in mind my room is a deluxe”. The view is incredibly amazing from different angles. However the AC remote is not available during my stay and since the walls are all glass to let guests enjoy the view the sun heat get all over the place and turns it into an oven, I asked the receptionist to give me the remote but they said: its not the season for it. I honestly had a lot of sleep difficulties since opening the window not just barely useless but also brings all the noise from the streets and the bars next door. If they only just gave me the AC remote it would solve all my issues because the windows will mute the sound and will help make the guests sleep much better. Hotel cafe staff also are a bit rude, they don’t even say hi back when you do that to them! The hotel area is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shop, parks, tram and bus station. And again I will say it, if they only allowed me to get the AC remote it will be an easy 5 stars.

I reserved a room that was supposed to have both a river view and a city view; however, I found that my room only had a poor view of the roof of the adjacent building. Additionally, there is no sound insulation, and I can hear the noise from the nearby nightclub. Furthermore, there were no coffee, tea, or water services provided in the room. I am puzzled as to how they can rate themselves as a 4-star hotel!
