Orange Palace Side Hotel

Stayed at the end of January. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Not a massive resort but a definitely a large hotel with great facilities like a heated pool, Hammam spa and gym. It was a quiet hotel which is great for relaxing. Not loud or noisy at all. Majority of the staff speak German. There are a few people that speak English. The hotel and rooms were extremely clean. The food was really nice and there were different options. The lounge area was also really nice. The hotel is in a good location. There’s a shuttle bus to the beach which is walking distance and a beach bar. Please note not many activities for children.

I was faced with a very surprising situation tonight. I came early with my VIP transfer vehicle at 05:00 in the morning to pick up a customer from the hotel and bring him to the airport. I was not allowed? I was very surprised.

Extremely noisy place surrounded by another hotels and every of them generates a lot of noise. You can see from the balcony a swimming pool but for sure it will be the one which belongs to neighbors, not your hotel. Rooms are fine but not the ones on the highest floor (extremely hot). In the 5 star hotel there is no normal coffee express, only machine with powder instead of milk. No fresh juice what seems to be a standard in 5 star hotels and all-inclusive. Food is ok.
