We loved our stay at Orania Berlin. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room had everything we needed—really comfy too. Breakfast was great, and the location couldn’t be better. Just a really lovely place to stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Berlin.

Second time staying here and will be back. Kreutzburg is an edgy and exciting neighborhood, and the Orania is the best place to stay. Not cheap and about 500m from the U, but centrally located and Bolt will run €8-15 around town (U is €4 pp). Stay in a larger, high floor room facing the square if you can.

Hotel Orania Berlin – A Hidden Gem in Kreuzberg I have had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Orania in Berlin for over two weeks on a business trip, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is ideal, perfectly positioned between our current office and our new one, making the commute both convenient and enjoyable with a pleasant walk through the city. The hotel itself blends comfort and elegance effortlessly. Rooms are cozy, well-appointed, and energy-efficient, making them great for both solo and family travelers. The lobby is exceptional, which has a welcoming, stylish space that features a grand piano and often hosts live performances, adding to the hotel’s unique charm. One of the highlights of my stay has been the bar’s outstanding rum selection. As a rum lover, I was thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality they had to offer. Equally impressive is the on-site restaurant, which serves Michelin-acknowledged Duck skin and various prepared cuisine. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal has been thoughtfully crafted and delicious. For fitness enthusiasts, the gym exceeds expectations. It’s fully equipped with Olympic weights, dumbbells, cable machines, treadmills, and various bike options. Far more than what you’d typically expect from a boutique hotel. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, Hotel Orania offers a luxurious, well-rounded experience in one of Berlin’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Highly recommended by DMF as this is a place I would recommend to colleagues traveling to the office.
