[please "like" if this is helpful] Ratings are relative to the locale. This hotel offers the most consistent: good service, contemporary clean atmosphere, quality food (for breakfast cafe and restaurant/bar/cafe). Parking is difficult for all buildings in the immediate area. The hotel has a parking lot for guests a few blocks away, and a courtesy transport between the hotel and parking lot. Live music at the restaurant/bar might keep early sleepers awake, but simple earplugs from Global House help ensure a good night sleep. The restaurant is equally consistently good quality. I usually eat all my dinner meals there. Breakfast is generous. In addition to the coffee and juice bar, cooked food freshly made to order. Vegans are accommodated (tofu). This is an example of quality professional hosting, which is generally not common in the area.
I stayed with my family in 2 deluxe rooms on 3rd floor last night. The rooms were very nice and new. The air conditioning and hot water worked properly. The beds were firm. The bed sheets and towels were acceptable. This is the best hotel that I stayed in Maesai so far. One drawback was the noise from bar on the ground floor. It was not so loud but you can hear it and at least it stop at midnight. I will stay here again.
An extremely inconvenient and crowded place with no good parking space. Restaurant downstairs with people drinking and such, and no view. Rooms are good BUT there is no balcony and the outside of the hotel is closed off with iron / concrete structure which means it feels like prison and also cannot escape in case of fire. We didnt stay for long as it was a very claustrophobic experience
