This was my first time in this hotel. I liked it all very much. Clean, beautiful, safe. Very tasty breakfast. I am also grateful to the administrator Elena for her help. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Terrible Experience – Hidden Charges & Rude Management I had one of the worst hotel experiences here. At check-out, we were charged double the price we were originally told. When we arrived, we signed a document with one price, but somehow, they charged us a completely different (and much higher) amount for our two-night stay. When we questioned this, the manager started yelling at us instead of trying to solve the issue. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, the breakfast was a disaster. The food was the same for two days straight, and the cheese and bread were not even fresh. It was clear that they don’t care about quality or their guests' experience. Overall, this hotel is a complete scam with terrible customer service and dishonest pricing tactics. Avoid it at all costs!!

Should be half the price, esp. when not giving enough towels for nr of people charged, and mini bed for 2, etc. Tiny rooms, no space for anything, no place to put my toiletries or bags, to work, etc. Didn't let me cancel and rebook to adjust my faulty booking, didn't change anything. Bad training of staff, costing me nerves and time, esp the time I would have needed to see anything of the city at all, thanks for that. Uncomfortable room, worst location with window directly on street with car traffic, and with a huge vent in front of window, probably from supermarket downstairs or parking garage (not from hotel, from businesses on ground floor).
