Orbi City Collection

Our stay at Orbi City was very comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and matched the photos. The sea was just across the road, the water and beach were clean, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening. The staff was polite and helpful, check-in was fast even late at night, and Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. Overall we were very satisfied and would gladly stay again

Great location, but overall a disappointing experience. The hotel’s location by the sea is truly nice, but beyond that, there are many serious issues. There’s no parking, which is a big problem if you arrive by car. Only 3 staff members were working at the reception, leading to long lines. Check-in was very slow. Elevators were a major issue. One was completely out of order, and the others were either malfunctioning or not enough for the number of guests. We waited 20–25 minutes just to use the elevator. Sometimes we had to take the emergency stairs. For a hotel with nearly 50 floors, this is unacceptable. There was no hairdryer in the room. We asked for one, it was brought, but it broke shortly after. A technician came, but the device wasn’t repaired until two days later. During that time, we couldn’t dry our hair — and it was raining outside. Naturally, we got sick while waiting for it to be fixed. Also, the drying rack on the balcony was covered in dust, which shows poor cleaning standards. Even though we booked a sea view room, it was so noisy at night that we couldn’t sleep. In short: The location is the only good thing, but not worth the hassle. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's a very bad apartment , it was written in the booking that it was a hotel , but in fact it 's an apartment . We booked a room For 5 people With 5 beds, everything was fine until we checked in, as soon as we entered the room, it turns out that this room is for 4 people with two beds for 2 people and another sofa. What can I say about the service, it's just terrible when we wanted to cancel it, it couldn't be done anymore, even though we didn't even pay for it. As for the cleanliness, it's not here at all, all the beds are dirty, some black spots, the sofa, too, towels are generally terrible, as if they don't wash at all. but the views here are quite beautiful, but it's not convenient to get to the sea.
