Extremely disappointing service in block B. I’d like to express my disappointment regarding the experience I had with the reception staff. In the morning, I was kindly assisted by other staff members who helped me print my tickets without any issue. However, in the evening, when a different group of three girls was at the front desk, I was refused the same help. When I asked why, they simply said, “No,” without giving any proper explanation. Worse, they laughed at the situation, which felt completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They made no effort to assist or suggest any alternative solutions. The reception staff represent the face of the hotel, and such behavior is unacceptable. I truly hope the management will take this seriously and provide proper training to ensure respectful and consistent service to all guests. Later, I went to another block where the staff genuinely tried to assist me. They even called the block where the issue happened, but the response was again just “No,” with no reason given. As I walked past the original reception shortly after the call, the three girls immediately closed the desk and left — clearly not wanting to deal with the situation any further. This kind of attitude is unprofessional and disappointing for any guest.

This place is still under construction, not ready and far away from the service level you would expect from a hotel. It's not a hotel but private apartments renting space.Elevators are small and constantly overloaded enforcing extensive waiting time regardless of the time of the day. There are fake advertisements on booking for apartments at a good price but when they arrive there is no contact to the host and people are approached with expensive offers. This is a common scam here.

It was a very bad experience, the room was not cleaned and there was men's and women's hair in our room and the bathroom were not cleaned the toilet was really dirty, the towel was only for one person and when we ask the didn't gave us more towel, there was no tea and other thing and the water was not charged, it was very crowded and we had to wait to use the elevators. 45 minutes.
