“Absolutely loved my stay! The room was spotless and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cosy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choice. The hosts were welcoming and made me feel at home right away. Perfect location for exploring the area. Highly recommend!”
Absolutely wonderful. After needing an unexpected stay at short notice Nigel was great. So helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were lovely. Fantastic stay with a genuinely kind helpful owner
After a slightly disastrous night's camping in the Lizard, 2 friends and I were in need of urgent accommodation. Fortunately for us, we found Nigel and the Orchard Manor B&B. He was able to put us up at short notice in a very comfortable room with a great view and a hearty breakfast. Probus is a little remote, but the garage opposite is surprisingly well appointed, there's a very decent, friendly pub 200m up the road, a great curry house and a picturesque 8km national trail walk which will lead you to the Heron Inn, which is another excellent pub overlooking the river. As a host, Nigel couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. Thanks again.
