Orchard Parksuites

I stayed at Orchard Parksuites for approximately three and a half months during a work assignment in Singapore. Based on a recommendation from Mr. Shao Han, I selected this Far East property for its reputation and convenience — and it exceeded expectations. From the warm welcome upon arrival, including a thoughtful food hamper, to the consistent friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the experience truly felt like a home away from home. The front desk and housekeeping teams were exceptional, always cheerful and ready to assist with luggage, groceries, and room setup, especially for the kitchen. Special thanks to Rehman, Iffah and Nicole for their outstanding service. The housekeeping staff Jivitha has done her work remarkable, and She is genuine hard worker. The location is unbeatable — a short walk from Orchard MRT, major malls like ION and Wisma Atria, and public transport. The cleaning service (every other day) was thorough, and amenities like the 24-hour gym, pool, and lobby laundromat added to the convenience. Overall, Orchard Parksuites offered an ideal blend of comfort, location, and stellar service. Finally, Iffah at reception is a very friendly and helpful person i have met in this business. Highly recommended for long-term stays. 😊

Rooms are a bit dated, however, they are mostly all renovated and maintained brilliantly. We were given an excellent welcome basket and the concierge staff was very welcoming. The cleaning staff were amazing as well and respectful. The location is the best part, it's situated in the heart of orchard park with a lot of shopping and food options. The pool was really big and there was towel service as well.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, across the road from ION shopping mall and Orchard MRT. We were staying in a 2 bed apartment, very lovely welcome pack of food on arrival which really helped after a long flight! The hotel itself was beautiful and staff really pleasant. The pool is stunning (and huge!) And the view from the hotel is incredible. We were on the 8th floor and there are plenty of lifts available. We will definitely try to stay here again when we next visit Singapore!
