Orchid Hotel Al Barsha Formerly Golden Tulip Al Barsha

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, and the room was clean and comfortable. A special mention to Pramod, who was incredibly friendly and helpful—really made me feel welcome. Also the housekeepers and restaurant staff who opened our wine made our stay easier. The guy from Cameroon treated me so nice, i just forgot his name. Highly recommend!

The lobby presented a satisfactory level of cleanliness and order. However, the guest room's furnishings, particularly the television and furniture, appear to be outdated, which may not align with the standards expected of a four-star establishment and could benefit from upgrades. Furthermore, the provision of only one glass and one slipper for a room booked for two adults is an area that warrants attention.

Poor service and their rules specially ! I ordered with talabat and driver came in hot weather instead they allow him to wait inside of hotel they stoped him outside the hotel in hot bcz that was their management rules ! My recommendation for U book( ibis )hotel in cheap price and better service of rooms and everything
