We arrived at midnight last night, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very close to shops, plenty of variety of restaurants, hairdressers,massages and supermarkets . Rooms are very big and have all your essential needs. There was only one issue I had the food, which is supposed to be hot, was cold for breakfast. Hot water for making tea was lukewarm. Beautiful pool to keep cool in the high humidity.
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are all very friendly especially Jimmy C. We particularly love the bed, the sheets and the pillows! All were very comfortable like the ones we have at home.
Jimmy, the bell man was amazing. So playful with the kids and helpful with recommendations without us even asking. A kind soul The rooms could have been better. They don’t offer extra towels or pillows or toilet paper (unless you ask) Location was great- close to all food and bars
