Orchid Vue Hotel

Its a pretty decent hotel where the food is good. However, the policy needs to be changed where provision of water bottles is after 9 am. The reception guy named, “Emmanuel” generously provided me water bottles after knowing that I was staying with an infant. Thank you for your generosity, Emmanuel!

Service was very poor. When we entered, no one came for baggage immediately. The taxi was waiting. We only had to get it. Same thing after check out. Reception staff are just not bothered about the service part. Jain Breakfast was really good. Food and other staff gave good service. Hotel location is very near to Sharaf DG metro station of green line from where people can take metro to Burjuman of Red line and from there travel anywhere in Dubai. Also near to Meena Bazaar. Rooms were neat and tidy. Also, if one is going to rest, rooms should be taken above 5th floor bcoz lower room people face noise issues from the clubs and bars downstairs till very late 4am at night. Staff was courteous enough to change our room due to this problem, though that was subject to availability.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Misbehavior by Hotel Guard and Receptionist Dear Management, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant and disrespectful incident I faced while entering Hotel Orchid Vue, Bur Dubai, where I have been staying for the past three months. Despite being a long-term and loyal guest, I was treated with a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy by both your security guard and receptionist. Upon entering the hotel recently, I was stopped and asked to show my bag in a rude manner. To make matters worse, the security guard was eating an apple while speaking to me, which showed a total lack of seriousness and disrespect toward a guest. The receptionist also spoke in a very dismissive tone, with no regard for basic manners or hospitality standards. I felt humiliated and deeply disrespected, especially considering my extended stay at your hotel and my continued patronage. This behavior is not acceptable and certainly not what any guest should experience in a reputed establishment. I request that appropriate action be taken against the staff involved, and that all employees be reminded of the importance of professionalism and respectful communication with guests. I trust you will take this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.
