An unforgettable stay – thank you, Orchidacea team! We had an absolutely incredible experience at Orchidacea Resort, and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the level of personal support the team gave me during a very special moment in our lives – I was planning a surprise marriage proposal, and the staff helped me with everything behind the scenes. From decorating our room beautifully with flowers and towel art, to storing the engagement ring and a surprise message in a bottle discreetly at the reception, to coordinating with perfect timing – they handled it all flawlessly and with genuine kindness. They even helped us with practical challenges like local tips, transportation, and communication with other services. Every receptionist we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. We really felt like we were in good hands the entire time. The resort itself is lovely – clean rooms, great views, and a peaceful atmosphere close to Kata Beach. But it’s the people who truly make it special. Thank you all again for being a part of such an important memory in our lives in a way we would expect from family members. We’ll never forget your hospitality! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket – especially if you value kindness, warmth, and service with a heart.

We had a fantastic stay at Orchidacea! The staff were exceptionally friendly and very accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was really good, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The rooms were modern and new, with an amazing view of the ocean and city. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. There were a couple of small issues during our stay. The refrigerator either froze our beverages completely or didn’t cool them at all, which made it hard to store drinks properly. Also, the toilet didn’t always flush fully, which was a bit annoying. But overall we highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Lovely, dedicated staff and clean rooms. We stayed for 3 weeks and saw no bugs ( not even a mosquito ! 😊). The resort provides visitors with a gym, a pool, breakfast and dinner with live music. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are very clean and the outside area is surrounded with beautiful orchids. We picked a room with no view but our balcony had a view overlooking part of the lovely seaside. The standout areas are: clean rooms, dedicated, kind staff, and you’re 100 meters away from the closest beach (kata beach).
