Orchids Saigon Hotel

What a wonderful hotel! From the first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated with great care. We were met with cold drinks and warm smiles, setting the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was very spacious. It had two TVs, two heated bidets and a living room area with a recliner. It was such a special time. My husband hated to leave the room. It was just that wonderful ‼️ It was also in a great location and walking distance to the mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Stayed at the orchid hotel on last leg of our holiday. It is situated in district 3, only 15min walk to all the tourist sightseeing. They had allocated us room with bath, but when mentioned that we would prefer with shower, they quickly changed our rooms. Please note that rooms do not come with view, you either have a view of next buildings roof or might get a bit of view of the street. Breakfast is quite busy and not much choice of fresh fruit or juice. Also if you are vegetarian your choice is limited. Staff in the breakfast room are very friendly and always serving with smile. Must mention Huy and Trung the reception boys who were so helpful and always happy to help. Huy had great knowledge of local places and always directed us in right place. Main reception staff needs to learn how to treat their guest. On our last day we wanted Kate checkout, they gave us a price and when we went back to pay for late checkout, the price had just gone up, and were told to book online as it would be cheaper. Reception staff were just not helpful and not at all professional. On last day had pizza and chips in the hotel restaurant and was very nice.

I would like to kindly bring to your attention the condition of THE BATH TOWEL provided in the room. As you can see in the attached photos, the towel appears QUITE OLD, WORN OUT, and NOT UP TO THE STANDARD expected for guest use. I believe it would be best to replace such items to maintain the overall quality of your guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in maintaining the high standards of your hotel.
