OREA Congress Hotel Brno

We visited Brno for a wedding and spent a very pleasant long weekend at the OREA Congress Hotel. Throughout our stay, the staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. Our room was clean, fresh, and tidy, and the common areas of the hotel always smelled pleasant and well-maintained. During the four days we spent there, we had the pleasure of enjoying fantastic breakfasts. The selection was above average and plentiful, with fresh and delicious food. The staff continuously cleaned and reset the tables and restocked the buffet. We especially appreciated the extra thoughtful gesture of providing takeaway packaging for guests. The 24-hour bar was also popular — we always saw many guests enjoying the elegant and high-quality service. We did, however, experience a minor technical issue during our stay: on our second day, the lock on our room door malfunctioned, and our keycard stopped working. As the hotel was fully booked at the time, they couldn’t provide an alternative room immediately. As a result, we had to ask the reception or maintenance team to let us into our room each time for about a day and a half. We tried to minimize the inconvenience, and the staff, in turn, made every effort to apologize and assist us promptly. As soon as a room became available, they informed us right away, and the room change was handled smoothly and with our comfort in mind. They even complemented the gesture with a bottle of wine as compensation, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and the services provided. We would gladly recommend it to others and wouldn’t rule out returning in the future.

We had a short stay at the hotel but very nice rooms and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Only thing missing was parking included in price but 280 Kč a whole day parking is not bad.

The hotel was truly exceptional, and in my opinion representing the most outstanding experience I have had in accommodations so far. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotless. The breakfast offerings were of high quality and very enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to returning to Brno in the future, even if only to visit this remarkable hotel.
