OREA Resort Horal Špindlerův Mlýn

I liked nice clean room, very good and diverse food of included breakfast and dinner and takeaway. Restaurant equipped with everything for children. The sauna/swimming pool very good both for adults and for kids. Nice kids activities and 2 well equipped play rooms. Chairlift passes included as well! Price was also relatively good. Really everything was almost perfect. Just few insignificant complaints: 1. Would be nice to have some brochure or on-wall map of what is where. It was not very straightforward finding the kids playrooms, animation area, fitness area and I didn't finally understand where to book the extra entertainment advertised on screens. Everything was relatively easy to find and navigate, but it would be nice to have a better navigation for guests. The website information is also a bit difficult to navigate. 2. Outdoor kids playground was closed for reconstruction. 3. All environment and is clean and nice, but despite being among trees and nature, the environment in hotel gives a feeling that you are closed in a bunker. It even looks like a bunker from outside. Would be nice if it had more entrances, terraces and exists to nature. The main entrance is also strangely positioned upwards into a big wall. Really a bunker. But a nice bunker )

We had a blast! I loved the kids program. My son is only 16 months, but he loved Eliska the fox and all the kid amenities. It was so easy for us as a family to arrange our day. It was also easy to entertain our son.

Overall great place to relax with kids. Beautiful scenic area with many comforts. Tasty food and great service. I would like to point out, however, that previous times I have been here it has been better. Also, I would greatly appreciate having also filter coffee and not only from machine.
