Orea Spa Hotel Cristal

We spent amazing time here! I had a special request for the room with a bath tube far from the elevator and we got it. Also, we could accommodate a little bit earlier and check out a little bit later. There was a delicious, tasty dinner with a big variety of dishes and desserts. It tasted wonderful and we asked to say to the chief how much we were delighted with a food! The same with breakfast - great choice of tasty food. The personal was friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent and not for the first time... it's our second stay in this hotel.

We spent a few days here as a retreat. Clean rooms, older equipment, but not obsolete. It was cozy. Food was very good, rich breakfasts and nice buffet for dinner. The procedures were professionally done. The pool was full in the late afternoon, but during the day it was ok. Sauna was open only from 4 pm. If you are not a good driver, be carefull in the parking, the parking spots are very narrow. The city itself is lovely in the winter, we had luck and it was snowy. So we could ski too. Overall nice few days, I feel rested :).

Very disappointing Unable to resolve issues via outreach to management even with several emails. Zero customer service. This hotel is very low-end, uncomfortable lumpy old beds, parking is a 12 minute walk away in the snow, rooms are dated and smell. The rooms are noisy too and the furniture is old and dirty Robes and towels are not suitable for humans, very old, dry and scratchy. Sent shirts out for press, returned a mess, buttoned incorrectly and with wrinkles. Motel refused to allow guest to have an iron. TV was not plugged in? Be careful as the door opens right into the toilet, easy to get knee smashed NO wonder there is a no cancellation policy, surely protects the motel (not qualified to be anything more than), when everything is lacking
