Thank you for the opportunity to share my feedback. I truly appreciate the excellent room service and the high quality of the amenities provided, especially for children. The weekend programs for kids were engaging and meaningful, making your hotel a great choice for families. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend. However, there are a couple of areas that need improvement. Firstly, the swimming pool is too small for a hotel with so many rooms, and there’s no dedicated pool or jacuzzi for children, which was a letdown. Secondly, the food selection felt repetitive, with little attention to variety or catering to different tastes. Most disappointingly, the dinner service did not include complimentary drinks, which upset the kids as they’re used to getting their own beverages. These issues significantly impacted our experience. I strongly urge the hotel to address these concerns, particularly the pool facilities and dining experience. I hope to see improvements when we return next year. Fantastic staff, ever so accommodating, kind and attentive. Historic buildings with spacious rooms and "bygone days" charm. Delicious brekkie with fresh vitamin juices and barista made coffee. Rooms didnt have AC which was a drawback as it turned out to be a hot week and disco outside (unrelated to the hotel) made keeping windows open in evening a noisy affair. Anyhow I would recommend the stay and the spa treatments and thank all the teams in the hotel for their care and making our stay enjoyable.

The hotel has a nice location in front of the park but there are a couple of problems that i faced: - the blond receptionist was very rude, she kept telling me to come down to show the ID for a 2nd person even though i was alone, when i told her i was alone she raised her eyebrows and said “really!” She needs to learn how to treat guests. As i am not her colleague and should be respectful when speaking with guests. The 2nd person didnt spend the night and they called me every morning to annoy me and ask me to bring their document. - the room was filled with these insects as shown on the photo. When i entered the room in the first night they were everywhere, on bed, on the curtains, etc… i had to kill them as i would find them on my pillows when i sleep & wake up. - the toilet sink was clogged and even though i told the reception about the problem, nothing happened - the carpet of the room was the biggest concern for me as it was supposed to be blue but as you can see from the photo it was brownish blue and looked very dirty and i didnt even wanna step on it with my barefoot as it looked like pets were dumping on it. The issues above were never solved! Dont lie!! Breakfast was decent, rooms are old and needs renovation. I booked twice before the issues and i had to check out a day before my departure date from the bad service. Again dont lie and check your facts.
