Not Worth the Price – Far from a 5-Star Experience I had high expectations for this hotel, given its supposed 5-star rating and premium pricing, but my stay was nothing short of a disappointment. First, my room wasn’t even ready at check-in, and when I finally got in, it was dirty—dusty surfaces, unclean sheets, and an overall lack of hygiene. To make things worse, basic amenities like towels and slippers were missing, something I would expect from even a budget hotel, let alone a luxury one. Breakfast was another letdown. The food was clearly recycled from previous days, with stale pastries and questionable quality. Definitely not the fresh, high-end experience they advertise. The spa area was equally disappointing. The pool was dirty, and the whole area was slippery with water everywhere, making it feel both unsafe and unclean. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury retreat, the lack of maintenance was shocking. Location of the hotel was the advantage, close to Gondola Lift and village (not something special because a lot of hotels where as close as this one). Overall, this hotel is massively overpriced for the subpar experience it offers. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be returning. If you're expecting true 5-star service and cleanliness, look elsewhere.
I had high expectations for Ores Boutique Hotel, which claims to be a five-star establishment, but it fell far short of that standard. The cleanliness of the room was appalling. There was visible dirt left from the previous guest, and to make matters worse, we found rubbish left in the cupboard near the kitchen area. This level of negligence in cleaning, especially in a property advertising itself as luxury, is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was no better – the bathrobes were stained, and many were ripped, which only added to the disappointing experience. Two days before our departure, we were promised a takeaway breakfast as our flight was scheduled before the breakfast service began. On the night before we checked out, we followed this up with the night manager less than two hours before leaving, and he reassured us that the breakfast was “ready.” However, when we checked out, there was no breakfast provided. To make matters worse, when we informed the restaurant about this oversight, they never got back in touch with us – no apology, no explanation, nothing. We have since referred this issue to Booking.com customer service, as the hotel has refused to offer even a partial refund to account for the breakfast that was promised but never delivered. This lack of accountability is appalling. As a result, we are now reporting the matter to our bank, as this is a clear misrepresentation of services. Overall, the experience was far below expectations and certainly not worthy of a five-star rating. I would strongly advise against staying here.
I found 2 fingernails at the bathroom from previous visitors, never told my wife and kids about and cleaned it myself. But later, when I arrived at the pool with my little daughter, a woman told us they closed it. It was exactly 20:00 and just then I saw.the program was limited to 20:00. A disappointment, and reading here it's dirty, I think we were lucky afteral. Also true with barrier and parking is cumbersome. Rooms are big, that's a plus.
