Orfeus Park Hotel All Inclusive

From the moment we arrived. Met by azmhed very friendly and polite made to feel very welcome our stay here has been great. All of the staff have been very helpful. They will go out there way to help you with what you need. 2 pool areas 1 for adults 1 for kids with slides. 5 minute walk to beach where they have there own seating and food n drinks available. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Loved it. Would definitely come back here and recommend 👍🏻

We stayed here for 7 nights and 8 days and we did not enjoy it at all after dinner time the hotel gets quiet and there is no more things to do which makes the evenings extremely boring. The staff is very rude and often unhelpful the animation team is everything but good they approach underage girl and ask them for their socials and to join them "behind the cabin." They find it more important to look "pretty" then actually do activities with people or kids. The rooms were so dirty and airconditioning broken i am 6 months pregnant and it was not enjoyable or the stuff did no effort to help fix this. Multiple old men and staff members are watching little kids by the pool and staff even recorded them. The food is disgusting and we even ordered take out because we needed a proper meal.

It's truly disgraceful. None of the staff are smiling. It's heartbreaking. The towels at the spa are handed out unfolded. When we ask why they aren't folded, they say the laundry staff should normally fold them, and they're right. And the towels smell terrible. There's not even a lifeguard at the pool. I'm worried about my children. Please, hotel management should take note.
