Oriana Homèl Roma

THE prime location in Rome to stay!! The location of Oriana Homel Roma is so close and central to most of the historic central Rome sights that it's hard to believe. Mere minutes away from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, you can't beat this location! Piazza Navona and the Pantheon were only a few minutes longer to get to. The hotel itself is actually apartment style lodging. Our room was huge and incredible! We had a separate bedroom, living area and bathroom along with an over 220 sq ft terrace. This was perfect for an 8 night stay without feeling cramped. Our room was newly renovated and beautiful. Drinks on the terrace every night finished off each day in style. Special kudos to Aurora at the front desk! She couldn't have been any friendlier or more helpful during our stay.

Traveled with a family of 5 and needed accommodations that would allow us to spread out a bit in the evening but still be centrally located without breaking the bank. This stay was phenomenal. They were very helpful with our late check in and assisted us with arranging a reasonably priced shuttle from the airport late at night. Check in after hours was seamless! And the staff was incredibly helpful giving us recommendations for restaurants not just close by the hotel, but in the areas of Rome that we were sightseeing for the day. Location, location, location. We usually stay near Termini for quick access to all of the metro lines, but we found that staying at this location made evening strolls so much more enjoyable. Easy walking distance to Trevi and the Spanish Steps in the evening and past experiences near Termini made this a bit more cumbersome. Fantastic Starbucks across the street in the piazza for quick access to caffeine! With it being right on the piazza it also made it super easy for Uber pickups. About an 11 minute walk to the closest Metro station, and not an unreasonable walk to the Pantheon.

ישראלים, תתרחקו מהמלון הזה!! I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels, this is the first time in my life that I have felt disdain, humiliation, disgust, and disrespect from hotel service. It all started with receiving the room in a building that was under renovation, peeling walls, cracks, the smell of paint, temporary lamps (and dangerous in my opinion, I attach a picture) and then receiving a room with the minimum possible, a squeaky shower that I had difficulty moving in, a folding double bed that was unbalanced. In addition, at the reception they informed us that there was not enough hot water for more than a 3-minute shower (delusional) We complained, but they claimed it was the hotel we booked and that we would accept it or leave. A couple of our friends also complained, among other things, about the fact that there was a storage room in their room with a half-open door, which caused their young children complete terror. They were angrily told at the reception that they were being evicted from the hotel for complaining, it must be noted that they have 3 children and one small baby. After the hotel realized that they could not be evicted because the reservation was for another room for another family, they decided to allow the stay. I felt tingling in my legs at night, and only after a day did I see that I had wounds in the area, probably from a certain type of insect. The only positive is that The hotel location is good.
