A True 5-Star Experience Jerusalem We stayed at the Orient Hotel in Jerusalem for over 10 days during our holiday, and it was nothing short of amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, modern, and it smells fresh everywhere you go. It truly feels like it just opened. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. One thing I especially appreciated was how genuine the service felt. Not once did I feel any pressure or insincerity—just warm, professional hospitality without that awkward “I’m being nice for a tip” vibe you sometimes get elsewhere. It made the entire experience feel even more relaxed and authentic. The food was excellent, and the amenities were top-notch. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, it was a true 5-star experience. The location is also perfect—nestled in a charming neighborhood within walking distance of great restaurants, lovely parks, and key attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Orient Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Jerusalem.
Excellent location and views! Fantastically appointed with very modern Asian inspired style. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the bathroom was superb. The gym could use a few more kettle bells but the Turkish steam room is a very nice amenity. Khan was a great place to have drinks and discuss a little work.
We been in Orient in the weekend. We took the Templer room, the uniqe, and i think better than the ordinary hotel room. The service was great, everything we missed we got, you can get service via WhatsApp. The food was good and very tasty, not something special but with a good quality. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. Nice pool on the roof with a really great view to the city. The location is good and close to nice neighbourhoods and far from the city centre. Thanks, we really enjoyed
