For perspective, we had just checked in the Four Seasons Milan, which, by comparison, felt like a standard business hotel — a cold welcome, service that seemed obligatory rather than heartfelt. In fact, I think the Four Seasons management team could benefit from spending a few nights here to truly understand what luxury hospitality means. Orient Express La Minerva doesn’t just meet expectations — it exceeds them in every possible way. This is a hotel that makes you feel valued, understood, and genuinely at home.

The Hotel is absolutely gorgeous!!! Our suite was incredible and the staff is wonderful. You must dine at rooftop Gigi's. Alessandra in Concierge is the best, she booked all the best tables at every restaurant, and every VIP tour and guide. Only the best! once you stay at the Orient Express, you won't want to leave!
