Worst Hotel Experience – Cramped, Misleading, and Uncomfortable We booked this hotel for 3 people, expecting a comfortable stay, but what we got was a complete disappointment. The room was unbelievably small — even two people would feel cramped, let alone three. There was absolutely no space to move around, and not even a proper spot to place our luggage. We had to step over our bags just to get to the bed. This is NOT what was shown in the booking photos and feels completely misleading. For the price we paid, we expected basic comfort, but instead, we got frustration and discomfort. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

❗️Warning to future guests – I strongly advise you not to book this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and although there was a cleaning lady, she had earbuds in all day and barely did anything. When we left just a little mess, she complained – but honestly, the room didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly at all. The worst part: we found a cockroach in the room, which made our last night really uncomfortable and stressful. The only good things were the location and some helpful staff at reception. But overall: 👉 Not worth the money 👉 Poor hygiene 👉 Unprofessional attitude ❌ I would never stay here again. Huge disappointment.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels around the world, but we have never experienced anything this bad. This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. There was a power outage during the night, and an alarm kept going off for hours — no sleep at all. The staff did nothing to help or inform guests. In the morning, we were shocked to find that the breakfast buffet had spoiled food — it smelled awful and looked like it had been left out all night without refrigeration. Completely unacceptable and dangerous. The room was dirty, outdated, and uncomfortable. And to make it worse, the hotel manager was incredibly rude and arrogant, showing zero interest in solving any of the issues. Avoid this hotel at all costs. It was a nightmare — the worst experience we’ve ever had. Also the POOL and spa is closed!
