Orient Hotel

Good breakfast and not bed pool. The rest is not very good - old furniture in rooms, awful gym for 20 zl and not convenient location. You can find better place for the same money.

Very bad. Hotel shouldn't have 4 stars, breakfast was bad, in room for two was only 1 towel for body, toilet and bath needs cleaning, room does like in ancient with metal key, card works only on electricity but not on door. Also that don't read information on booking.com

Want a good hotel? No? Want a clean hotel? No? Want to live in what is most likely one of the worst hotels in Krakòw? Yes? No, but seriously this is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. When we came there we had to drive past what looked like a mental ward and when we saw the hotel we literally didn’t realise it because it looked so abandoned. The two receptionists that were there seemed like the only workers, but I might be wrong. Besides that we were presented with: 1. Beds harder than the wall to wall carpet. 2. Sweat marks on the wall to wall carpet. 3. Mouse noises and a rotten, putrid smell from the vents. 4. Black mold in the shower. 5. Toenails, cum paper, ritz crackers and dust were found under ALL the beds. 6. The wall looked like they had been painted to conceal mold or water damage. 7. The entire hotel smelt like communism. 8. The staff looked at us as if our travel leaders were complete morons as we requested a refund. This place was trash and if I could I would give them a 1/1000 rating. This place does not even deserve a 1/5. The only conceivable reason that they would have a 3,7/5 is that they give it out cheaper for a good review. So don’t go here. Ever. It would be better to sleep on the cardboard outside the building.
