Orient Palace

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days what can I say it fell below my expectations by a lot first of all they made us wait 4 hours before giving us the rooms and there’s an additional fee they did not tell us about and the rooms were so dirty and full of bugs and trash the air conditioning wasn’t the best but it was working,my experience with the food was mediocre sometimes they cook nice food sometimes it’s just not supposed to be eaten by humans,other than that the pool was nice and the staff were so kind and friendly,it’s a nice place for families but if your room is next to the pool the music sounds will annoy you sometimes the hotel location is nice everything is near to it,but to be honest I wouldn’t advise you to come to it if you have another option or you can afford a better one

Worst reception. Worst services. Worst swimming pool. No cleanliness. Worst treatment from staff. Dirt in the restaurant and other Cafe. The elevator does not work.All guests are the same comment. The management listens but does not find solutions. dirtiest bathrooms. The room furniture is old and worn out. I do not recommend it for families and women.

It was the worst experience of my life. The stuff is rude. we asked them multiple times to change our room, but they didn't answer The food was horrible nasty and the same dishes again and again People there are rude, during all our stay we founded cockroaches everywhere in the room in the restaurant. The beach is so nasty you can't swim there and they don't clean it Never again in my life.
