In terms of reception, the reception was good , the room was clean and tidy,and the management was respectful and welcomed the guest with a wonderful welcome. We recommend everyone to visit.
Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Convenience We booked this hotel for one night because of its close proximity to the airport (about 10 minutes away), and they offered a shuttle service, which seemed convenient. However, the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Although the shuttle was advertised as free on Booking.com, we were charged extra because we were a large group. I understand the charge, but the listing should have been clearer about this. Upon arrival, I had to repeat my name three times to the receptionist who was multitasking and not paying full attention. He kept asking me questions but clearly wasn’t listening to my answers. Then, another staff member told me the hotel was fully booked, even though I had a confirmed reservation through Booking. It took some back and forth before they finally acknowledged my booking and showed me a couple of rooms to choose from. I opted for the one that looked “remodeled,” but it was a major letdown. The room was dirty, the sheets, walls, and bathroom were all unclean. While some parts had newer finishes, it felt like a superficial attempt to make the space look acceptable without actually making it comfortable or hygienic. The photos online were extremely misleading. The staff were not outright rude, but they were dismissive and unorganized, constantly reminding us how busy and booked they were, as if that excused the poor service. Overall, the only positive was the short distance to the airport. But if cleanliness, professionalism, and honesty matter to you…look elsewhere. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Tonight I stay this Hotel room number 505. From booking.com , Very bed services, and here look like not safe, Reception person behaviour not good , and also take exta money, I recommend please don’t book such types of hotel from booking.com
