From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—we were warmly greeted with welcome drinks at the bar, setting the tone for a truly luxurious stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. One of the highlights was the food—absolutely delicious with top-notch presentation and variety. Whether it was breakfast, room service, or dinner, every meal was memorable. The spa experience was unforgettable. The Morocco-inspired spa is a sanctuary of relaxation, and the sauna and massage were simply incredible. It’s a must-do during your stay. Overall, Origen 438 is a gem. If you’re looking for an upscale getaway with amazing food, attentive service, and a serene spa, this is the place. Can’t wait to return!

Absolutely, positively, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Hands down amazing. This may actually be the best hotel ever. The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. The restaurant was amazing. Great breakfast and should you choose dinner, it's wonderful. I will refer any and everyone to this place. Absolutely incredible.

I stayed a week at this hotel, the staff is courteous and helpful. The facility is impeccable. I was surrounded by beautiful art . There is a spa on site, my daughter and I enjoyed a really nice massage. The location very walkable, no need for a car. Although in a central area, the hotel is very quiet and serene. As you enter the facility, there is a calming scent that is simply divine and it is diffused through out. The breakfast menu is very limited and I wish they would offer fruits or some vegetarian options. We had dinner one night at the beautiful restaurant onsite and I could have cried.there is an attention to detail that is so appreciated, food was exceptional. I was ready to give them a five star regardless. However, when I went to check out, the gentleman at the desk informed me that a washcloth was stained by makeup and proceeded to charge me $9 or 160 pesos for that washcloth. How can i even confirm that this washcloth was from my room? It was the most absurd and petty charge I’ve ever had to pay. That definitely tinted my last moment of vacation at that hotel. I simply paid and went my way. I simply wish that wasn’t the last impression I had. I hope they revise that policy. Thank you to the wonderful staff for such a nice stay.
