Stayed here for two days whilst on a tour of Lapland, rooms were of decent size, comfortable and warm with comfortable beds. The bathroom and shower a good size with lots of warm water . Breakfast had a lot of variety and offer with continental and hot breakfast available - suggest the Lygon juice
Spent 2 nights on an organised trip & being Australian were a bit disappointed by single beds. Rooms were ok - maybe a little smaller than we had been experiencing. Staff were very helpful when we were asking for assistance incl getting on line to find answers. Hotel had a clothes gifting service - we left a jacket & a pair of shoes. A great initiative! Hotel has saunas on ground floor & a very good facility from 5pm. I used it both days whilst staying there. Hotel is well located between the shopping & and the river with large adventure shop across the road. Can also catch bus to Ranua Zoo out the front. Restaurant/bar in the hotel is also quite good & saves going out in the weather.
-room was way too hot, no control over air con in room. Woke up sweating every night -great breakfast, fantastic selection -outside room noise annoying, sounded like a child running up and down hallway stomping like an elephant constantly one evening (around 3 hours). -great location in town, easy walk to everything -staff lovely
