This hotel has become one of my absolutely favorite hotels. It's clean, stylish, fantastic location, and family(child) friendly. It's basically a "perfect" hotel for me.
The room was clean and tidy, location is superb, staff was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. To my liking, the bed was a bit too hard, which caused me to not sleep so well. I still will go back there, so that did not deter me away.
Rude receptionist. I shouldn't order every hour just to use the toilet. I have forgotten the toilet key and lost the receipt, after ordering a 10 eur coffee in a hotel's cafe. She said I have to order in a cafe again to use the toilet. Thanks to the kind barista who remembered me and gave me the key. Well, I am not coming again if I am treated like a criminal in such an expensive place.
