This is hands down the best luxury hotel in Bishkek. The materials are high class, the service provided by the staff is good for Kyrgyzstan, the food is quite good and the location is very convenient. No traffic around this hotel. Will recommend,
Bit hard to find if you walk. The bars ambience is sadly not worthy of a five star but the drinks today were first class. Lovely bar tender too! Find it a shame thou that you can’t use the spa as an outside paying guest
Location and staffs were good. Rooms was clean. Although this is the first time I see a 5* hotel without a concierge and a bellboy.. The breakfast is really mediocre for a 5* hotel.. not even a live station. I wonder if I booked the correct hotel.... Breakfast staff were quite incompetent.. asked for cold water and nothing was provided even after 30mins.. and the woamn manager was nonchalant..
