Orka Royal Hotel & Spa

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff were rude and the customer service was poor. We had booked 3 superior rooms but we had to stay in standard rooms for 3 days. The staff had given our rooms to other guests even though we booked a month in advance. We had paid extra for the rooms. In the room there are 2 water bottle on day 1 then no water was provided until the week stay . They charge extra for basic necessities. Very poor customer service and I will not be returning again.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel. They offer a taxi service, which I used because I had a prepaid program I needed to attend on time. The hotel promised to arrange a taxi and told me to be at the reception by 7:30 PM, with the taxi scheduled to arrive by 7:45 PM. However, when I came down at the agreed time, they informed me they hadn’t been able to call a taxi. Instead, they offered to walk with me to the square to try and flag one down. By the time they found a taxi, I had already missed my program, which was non-refundable. When I asked for compensation, the only response I got was: “This is your problem, not the hotel’s.” This attitude was unacceptable and extremely disrespectful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliable service.

Dont travel to this hotel. They have the worst service. They gave my mum a wrong room. Then told her she has to go to another hotel because her room that she booked and paid for was not available. They gave it to someone else. Then she came back to the hotel and they gave her another room with no air conditioning. Temperature is so high and hot and she has ahsma. This is the last time that we are booking with this hotel. 0 star
