Orlando Marriott Lake Mary

At this specific location I've probably stayed here 4 times while in town for business. Each time has been phenomenal. Example going above and beyond with the minor details, or greeting each guest or remembering their names. Wow!! The concierge Corey and KK (A Midwest transplant) were amazing!! Very professional and efficient. In fact that goes for all of the front end/lobby staff. Kudos!! Great job!! Pam (Who works in the bar/lounge area) was such a breath of fresh air. A pure joy to talk to and interact with. Great energy!! Example: Each time leaving you with positivity and wisdom!! Overall stay was nothing short of outstanding!! Thank you

This is a pretty decent Marriott. The room is not crazy expensive and parking is free. The staff are generally friendly and elegantly doing their job. Room is clean with all the amenities. The fridge has an interesting design so it’s not always on. Their breakfast buffet includes omelette and if you have m club access then you will have access to it. I wish all the Marriott are like this one.

I come here yearly for a retreat and the hotel rate, quality and location can’t be beat. I don’t use the gym or pool but the conference room area and rooms are nice and configurable. They set up round tables and water stations in our area to accommodate even more attendees to our event. I took off one star for service because they attempted to make entire fourth floor move to another room on a Sunday with less than a days notice. Jay Balanay, Bell-person is the smiling face we see walking in at the Marriott every year. He is super friendly, helpful and full of information. For a big chain hotel Jay makes you feel like you are not a stranger but an old friend who has come back to visit after being away for a while. Lots of great restaurants and supermarket within walking distance and free open parking which is rare for a Marriott.
